Announcement for Sponsorship of the First Medical Congress and Fair

Through this announcement, we would like to inform you that Kosovo Doctors Chamber is organizing the First Medical Congress and Fair, which will be held on 18-19 October 2019, at Hotel Emerald, in Prishtina.

This first edition of the Medical Congress and Fair shall provide a networking platform for all providers of medical services, products and equipment, government agencies, donors, and all relevant stakeholders of the medical community.

Companies will have the opportunity to exhibit their products and services at the Medical Pavilion and there will also be Workshops on the products exhibited at the Fair. International and local experts will present papers and lectures on recent achievements in the field of medical sciences. This activity is expected to draw up to 2,000 participants.

The organization of such an event comes at a high cost, including costs for: facilities, hotel infrastructure adaptation at Emerald Hotel, international lecturer fees and expenses, promotion, and printing.

The Kosovo Doctors Chamber has appropriated funds to cover part of the expenses attached to this event, however considering the level of cost, we need support from our partners.

Therefore, we would like to invite you to submit your application for Gold or Silver Sponsorship of the Medical Congress and Fair – First Edition. Your company stands to benefit by promoting your products or services, and your interest in becoming part of this activity helps to expand the awareness of the importance and value of your service or product, promote your company image, and provide an opportunity to network with the medical community in general.

Note: There will be only one (1) Gold Sponsor and three (3) Silver Sponsors, subject to selection according to the highest bid.
